No. Listing is free, there is no subscription, and there is no fee to leave. You are only ever paid, never charged.
No. loyvel is not exclusive. Most of our hosts run several channels at once. We link your calendar by iCal so a date is never double-booked - and for hotels and resorts with several units, where iCal does not work, you update availability with us directly.
One platform-wide refund schedule applies to every booking, so you always know where you stand. We handle the guest conversation and the refund; the corresponding amount is netted from your settlement for that booking.
