Please read our story. loyvel is a cause more than a company - a quiet attempt to put fairness and humanity back into how we travel, and to be the reason the people behind every trip keep what they earn.
Why we started loyvel.
Our passion for this starts with one thing: people.We're compassionate. We want to see smiles on faces. We believe in trust, in fairness, and that people deserve more than they're getting right now.
Viktor came to Bali for the first time in 2024 and fell in love with the island, the people, the rhythm of the day. He kept coming back - and brought Borislav along for the ride.
We both kept noticing what every tourist notices. The big platforms quietly add layer after layer of commission and fees to every booking, and a real chunk of what you pay never reaches the host or the driver who actually did the work. It was painful. We were genuinely heartbroken.
If you are a host or a driver, you deserve every cent you worked for. We would be thieves if we took even a slice of that money. That is what we truly believe.
So we imagined a different way of doing this. The first sketch was beautiful: 0% commission everywhere. Reality forced one small compromise, and we landed on something simple and fair:
- Hosts and drivers keep 100% of what they earn. Our fee sits on top of their price, never inside it.
- Tourists pay one small, clear service fee at checkout. Just enough to keep the lights on. Nothing more.
When we told local hosts and drivers what we were building, the smiles on their faces are what made all of this real for us. That was the day loyvel stopped being an idea and became something we had to finish.
A short note about us. Between the two of us we bring years of building stable, secure systems for companies that handle people's money and their time. We have also built real relationships with hosts, drivers and people on the ground, so we can grow this carefully, one region at a time.

When something needs sorting - a flight delay, a question about your booking, a problem at the property - you reach a real person. No chatbot, no ticket queue.
We don't pocket the 10%. Most of it pays for the things that make every booking actually work:
- Payment processing & FX - card processing and converting your payment to local currency for hosts and drivers
- The platform itself - engineering, hosting, security, photo storage
- Support & operations - your WhatsApp human, dispute handling, day-to-day ops
- Legal, insurance & refund cover - proper contracts, refund infrastructure, business insurance
What's left is what keeps loyvel running.
Where we're going.
We go live on December 1, 2026, starting in Bali and Nusa Penida. From day one you'll find hand-picked accommodations and private transfers across the most-visited areas of both islands.
After that we'll expand to the rest of Indonesia, then nearby Southeast Asia.
